JCBES holds its first SGC meeting and election of officers
Juliano C. Brosas Elementary School held its first School Governance Council consultative meeting for the school year 2022-2023 yesterday, January 30, 2023, in accordance with DepEd Order No. 26, s. 2022, to provide parents, school staff, and community members with a leadership role in school management.
Mrs. Maribel T. Alatan, Master Teacher I, presided over the meeting and emphasized the roles and responsibilities of SGC members.
The election of SGC officials was followed by the oath of office, agreement confirmation, and the distribution of certificates to the participants, in addition to a discussion about the purpose of SGC.
With this, JCBES intends to establish a stronger relationship with stakeholders in order to support future initiatives for the development of the school and bidabest learners.
