JCBES hosts SDO Clinical Assessment

SDO General Trias Clinical Assessment was conducted at JCBES for students with a manifestation of difficulty or giftedness from different schools (Bacao Elem School, Navarro Elem School, Diego Mojica Elem School, Luis Ferrer III Memorial Elem School, General Artemio Ricarte Memorial School, Tejero Elem School), on October 19, 2022.

The Department of Education-Special Education allocated funds to help evaluate students with special needs so that parents and teachers can help them in the best way possible based on their skills and needs.

School Division Superintendent, Dr. Doris DJ. Estallila, and EPS in Special Education, Maam Heidi Alaine Nietes, spearheaded this initiative.

Thirteen students were assessed by Dr. Darwin C. Macalanda, a Psychologist and Certified Specialist in Assessment Psychology, with his Psychometricians.
